When we have consents, we can move on to the Project Management phase, where we can help bring the project to completion through selection of contractors, suppliers of elements, clients own works – in fact everything to bring the project together on site.
We produce drawings and 3 dimensional models to help you understand how your space will work.
We negotiate with and submit local authority planning and listed applications where applicable.
We have a full range of Project Management assistance for construction on site, including supplier selection, tendering of works, builder selection, cost control, technical compliance etc.

If permitted development rights have been removed, or you are exceeding the allowances then you will need planning permission.
Generally planning consent for straightforward schemes can be in place 10-12 weeks from your instruction. This is very much dependent on the workload of the local authority.
This is an enhanced consent required with properties of special architectural interest. We can of course submit and manage your application – and this status will affect the design of your project.

Yes. Every development requires building control approval. In certain circumstances Porches, Conservatories and Outbuildings less than 30 m2 will generally not require full compliance – but will need to comply on ventilation, electrical works and structural matters.
